TEHRAN - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday wrote letters on the occasion of the anniversary of the Lebanese 33-Day War.

Written separately to Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Zarif congratulated Lebanon on the occasion, IRNA reported.

The chief minister said the Lebanese victory in the end of the 33-Day War was owed to unified position by the sides resisting the Israeli invasion.
