Iranian-British center Aaron Geramipoor has joined KK Cibona VIP Zagreb basketball team.

Gramipoor parted company with Iranian basketball team Azad University after he failed to extend his work permit in Iran.

He represented United Kingdom at the European Championships U-18 Division B seven years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 7.0ppg, 6.1rpg, FGP: 57.4%, FT: 16.7%.

The last season Geramipoor played at Leche Rio Breogan in Spanish LEB Gold where in 21 games he had 7.2ppg and 4.5rpg.

Geramipoor has played previously professionally in Mexico (Soles) and Spain (Ourense, CBA Gran Canaria II and Canarias Basketball Academy).

He attended Seton Hall University until 2014 and it is his fourth season as a professional player.

KK Cibona, commonly known as Cibona Zagreb, is a professional basketball club based in Zagreb, Croatia. The club competes in the Croatian League and the ABA League.
