TEHRAN The Weather Bureau here on Tuesday announced weather condition for today as follows: * TEHRAN: Clear skies to partly cloudy with wind or dust, in the afternoon and at night will be half cloudy with scattered showers and lightning at heights * CASPIAN SEA COAST: Partly to half cloudy, occasionally becoming cloudy with showers, lightning and wind * NORTHWESTERN PARTS: clear skies to partly cloudy with wind, in some parts half cloudy with probable scattered showers and lightning particularly in the northern regions * SOUTHERN REGIONS: Clear skies to slightly cloudy coupled with morning haze or dust, in eastern part with probable scattered showers and lightning * EASTERN AREAS: Clear skies to partly cloudy, in some parts with wind, dust, probable increase in clouds, showers and lightning * CENTRAL PARTS: Clear skies to partly cloudy with wind and dust, in some parts cloudy with showers and lightning OTHER PARTS: Clear skies to partly cloudy with dust and wind.
