Managing Director of Hayat-e No' Summoned to Court

TEHRAN The managing director of the Persian daily Hayat-e No, Hojjatoleslam Seyed Hadi Khamenei, has been summoned to appear before the Special Court for the Clergy (SCC), press reports said quoting the student news agency ISNA.
Two summons, issued by the first branch of the SCC have been issued for Seyed Hadi Khamenei, brother of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the reports further said.
In a telephone conversation with ISNA, Hojjatoleslam Khamenei confirmed the reports, saying summons from the SCC had reached him through the office of the Majlis Presiding Board.
Asked whether he would attend the hearing or not, he answered, "I have not yet decided on the matter." Seyed Hadi Khamenei, a Majlis deputy from Tehran and managing director of the aforesaid daily, said he had no idea why he was being summoned to court. He, however, noted that the complaint was filed by the public prosecutor and that there is no private complainant.
