SEOUL A special North Korean plane flew back to Pyongyang Monday with 42 South Korean Union and community leaders on board for a key ruling party anniversary. The plane left Seoul's Kimpo Airport at 01:45 p.m. (0445 GMT), several hours behind schedule, AFP said.
"The plane carried a total of 42 South Koreans, including four labor union activists," a South Korean government official said.
