TEHRAN Members of the Islamic associations of universities in Lorestan released a statement calling on the Interior Minister to cancel his directive appointing Seyed Mostafa Tajzadeh as chief of the headquarters for elections and inspire in people hopes of holding a healthy election.
The statement described the reappointment of Tajzadeh as head of the election headquarters as disrespectful of the law, and against the interests of the country and the vote of the people.
