SAN SEBASTIAN Spanish police Friday detained at least 15 presumed activists or supporters of the armed Basque separatist group. Some of those detained on Friday were believed to be members of ETA's Donostia Cell, considered as the group's most dangerous unit. The arrests followed a car bombing in the northern Spanish port of San Sebastian, which targeted a socialist councillor but killed two electricians instead, DPA reported.
