Strongest Men of Iran to Compete on Kish Island

TEHRAN The popular competitions of Strongest Men of Iran will be held on Kish Island and 12 sportsmen are to take part in the contests.
The four-day tournament will start on June 30 and the athletes placed in six two-man groups will compete in different stages, IRNA reported.
Some 12 finalists will be selected out of total competing contenders who will include several big names in Iran in the likes of Mehrab Fatemi, Mahdi Fatemi, Mahyar Habibi, Hossein Fatemi, Hossein Bejani, Ardeshir Fatehi, Ali Dadashi, Faramarz Moussa-Khani, Majid Talkhabi, Mojtaba Maleki, Mohsen Estakhri, Mansour Rostamzadeh, Habib Nabizadeh, and Faramarz Nabizadeh.
The National Olympic Committee (NOC) and Iran's Weightlifting Federation will hold the competitions and the strongest sportsmen will be awarded.
