TEHRAN -- The photo book entitled "Sydney 2000, the Face of the World" is to be launched by the Australian Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Jeremy Newman on November 2.

The book contains photos of the people and places surrounding the 27th Olympic held in Sydney in 2000.

"Sydney 2000" is a unique collaboration between Iran and Australia and draws heavily on the theme of the dialogue among civilizations focusing on the role of communication in promoting understanding, peace, tolerance, and cooperation.
