Ramazan Reminders

Sahar is not a must, but it will definitely help you get through the day comfortably if you avoid heavy, greasy or very sweet food. Eating yogurt seems to keep thirst under control.

# If you feel uncomfortably warm, wash your face.

# If you're tired, hungry, or thirsty in the afternoon, a nap is very refreshing.

# Immediately after you hear the azan, and before you break your fast, is a prime time for Du'a (supplication).

# Recite the Qoran at least once during Ramazan.

Some people do it several times.

# Get to bed at a reasonable hour. You need to make sure your brain is used to being wide-awake and fully alert in the daytime.
