TEHRAN -- Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Assefi here on Sunday lashed out at the recent draft resolution presented by a number of U.S. senators against Iran as a "cliche devised for the American internal consumption", stressing that the effort was an interference in Iran's internal affairs.
