Isfahan is open to investment by Arabs

TEHRAN – Iran and in particular Isfahan Province offer great potentials for investments by the investors from Arab countries.

Isfahan Province has great potentials for investments to be made in its various sectors in particular, tourism and industries, noted an official at a dinner party given by the governorate office of this beautiful and historic city, the Persian service of IRNA quoted him as saying on Friday.

Special privileges would be granted to foreign investor investing in the city and province of Isfahan, Mohsen Nili Ahmadabadi told a number of journalists from the Persian Gulf littoral states and other Arab countries who had attended the party.

Referring to the issue of choosing Isfahan as the cultural capital of the Islamic world he pointed out that, it was high time for introducing the city that had been recognized by the UNESCO - United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization - as one of the seven most historic cities of the world.

The deputy governor of the Iranian central province further elaborated on the economic, social, scientific, industrial and tourism conditions of the province and called for the reporters from the major medias of the Islamic world to see other Iranian cities too so that they would be able to reflect in their media the achievements gained by Iran in various aspects.
