TEHRAN – Iranian swordsmen started their training here Saturday to get ready for the world competitions in Italy.

According to the federation, five fencers have been called up for each of the three saber, foil, and epee weapons.

The world fencing event will kick off in Turin, a city in northwestern Italy, on September 28.
