Iran Best Route of Access to Central Asian

TEHRAN - Secretary General of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines Ali Shams Ardakani said here on Sunday night that Iran serves as a bridge easing access to the Central Asian and Persian Gulf markets. Ardakani told a visiting 20-member Italian delegation that Iran's relative economic privileges would be helpful for making various kinds of industrial and production investments and expansion of relations between Tehran and Rome. He said that Iranian free industrial and trade zones are suitable areas for investment considering the tax exemptions provided for Italian companies in the area.

He expressed hope that Italian economic delegation's visit to Tehran would help establishment of friendly relations between Tehran and Rome in social and economic fields. Managing Director of Chabahar Industrial and Free Trade Zone Ali- Reza Shirani told the gathering that his region is ready to offer necessary facilities for various kinds of trade and industrial investments.
