Power projects worth $2b to come on stream

TEHRAN – Iranian deputy energy minister said that 2,200 projects in the power sector worth 20 trillion rials (around $2 billion) will be inaugurated during the Ten-Day Dawn (February 1-10, marking the victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution).

Mohammad Behzad told the Mehr News Agency that numerous power plants and high-voltage transmission lines across the country will be put into operation during the days.
The official noted that 10,338 families living in 420 villages will be supplied with electricity on this occasion
