Trochowski's agent confirms Sevilla transfer

The agent of Hamburg winger Piotr Trochowski has revealed his client will join Sevilla in the summer.
""Piotr will sign a four-year contract with Sevilla,"" Roman Grill told Bild.Known for his versatility, creativity and crossing ability, the Poland-born midfielder will provide competition for a role anywhere in the Sevilla midfield.
The 27-year old spent most of his childhood in Hamburg, and after a stint at Bayern Munich, returned to his hometown in 2005 to play for HSV. There he developed a name for himself and became a regular starter for the German national team.
The last 18 months have been difficult for Trochowski, who has lost his place with the Mannschaft as well as Hamburg and has only played in 181 of a possible 990 minutes for the club since the winter break. With his contract set to expire in June, he will now move to Spain on a Bosman.
Trochowski becomes the second player in as many days to announce his departure from Hamburg. Yesterday, veteran goalkeeper Frank Rost revealed that he will retire at season's end.
