TEHRAN - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has praised supports provided by the people and Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei during the nuclear negotiations.

He made the remarks during an Iftar party with a group of women and family rights activists in Tehran on Sunday.

He also said that the Iranian nuclear negotiators will be the winners in this “difficult and complicated battle”.

“On the current time, we are close to the peak, but there are still some steps to reach this peak; hopefully with the help of God the Iranian negotiators will be winner at this difficult and complicated battle,” he stated.

He thanked the Iran’s nuclear team for its efforts during the last two years.

“Fortunately, the government, people and nuclear negotiators have fulfilled their duty regarding the nuclear talks,” he stated.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Rouhani stated that establishing a new atmosphere in the country and using economic and cultural opportunities in a better way have been among his government’s objectives in the nuclear policy.
