TEHRAN – The Iranian Vice President’s office issued a statement on Sunday, denying an alleged meeting between Is’haq Jahangiri and Sigmar Gabriel, the German vice chancellor-cum-minister, IRNA reported.

The statement dismissed any meeting between the vice president and German official as claimed by Kayhan to have occurred, saying no meeting had been scheduled in the first place.
