TEHRAN -- The secretary general of the Arab Parliamentary Union (APU) said on Sunday the Islamic Republic of Iran is the only country that is able to mobilize and coordinate the Islamic forces with the Arab facilities so that they would be able to counter any plot hatched by the U.S. or the Zionist regime against the Islamic and Arab world.
