TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) – “All the allegations against Iran are the result of the U.S. dominance over the world organizations and are meant to inflict pressure on the Islamic Republic,” said here Saturday an MP.

The vice president of the Judicial Commission of the Majlis, Mohammad Reza Dowlatabadi told the Mehr News Agency that the allegations and accusations against Iran are not anything new.

“Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the country has always been the target of repeated accusations and have made use of the pretext of violating human rights,” Dowlatabadi also said. They launch their old accusations against us whenever the situation demands, added the Majlis deputy. Dowlatabadi also noted that if the human rights organizations are sincere in their claims on Iran why don’t they stop the Zionist regime that has committed such crimes and has massacred the innocent Palestinian people in the occupied lands? The MP also asked “Aren’t the occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq regarded as the violation of the human rights?

The member to the Judicial Commission of the Majlis further explained that regarding the fact that at present, some 70 states in the world accuse us of violating human rights, it becomes clear to us that an all-out onslaught is aimed at the Islamic Republic. We should be careful and act in a way not to let them find the pretexts to accuse us, the people’s representative in the Majlis also noted. RA/IS END MNA
