November 9, 2008

TEHRAN, Nov. 8 (MNA) – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Saturday that “Iran’s arms are open to support investors in tourism.”

“Not only is tourism an industry, but also it is an economic and trade job… and very influential factor in politics,” he told the second international conference on investment opportunities in Iran’s tourism.
The president went on to say that in every decision that is taken one should think of society and its interests.
“Although the tourism industry does have financial benefits for its activists … it creates a fundamental change from geographical boundary to global boundary which expands the horizons of human’s views.”
Ahmadinejad emphasized the tourism should be supported economically and culturally.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran has a deep culture and rich civilization and this magnificent culture belongs to all humanity.”
