TEHRAN – Basij Commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi has said that the opposition groups are regrouping to resume their “seditious” activities, IRNA reported.

“Seditionists who created the last year’s incidents (political unrests following the June 2009 presidential election) are planning in their circles for the next election (2012 parliamentary election) to discourage people from participating in the election and create unrest,” Naqdi said on Sunday.
