Nearly 21m tons of basic goods imported in 10 months

TEHRAN- The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) reported that 20.934 million tons of basic commodities worth $13.619 billion were imported to the country during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2023-January 20, 2024).

As the IRICA announced, the ten-month imports of basic goods rose 0.02 percent in terms of weight, and fell 8.24 percent in terms of value, year on year.
