TEHRAN -- Vice President and Head of the Management and Planning Organization Mohammad Sattarifar said here on Tuesday that Iran now enjoys necessary conditions for a remarkable leap in its economy, IRNA reported.

Sattarifar told a group of officials that a 54-year experience and hard efforts by governments in the post-1979 Islamic Revolution have made Iran powerful enough to move towards sustainable development.

He said this year's budget stipulates credits for privatization and downsizing government structure.

He called on the three branches of government to fully cooperate to achieve all-out sustainable development.

He also urged government to narrow down social gaps and administer social justice.
