TEHRAN – Iran’s Swimming, Diving, and Water Polo Federation here Tuesday named eight swimmers for the 15th Asian Games Doha, the capital of the Qatar.

The Games will be held from December 1-15.

According to the report, the eight are Mohammad Alirezaii, Hamidreza Mobarrez, Shahin Baradaran, Soheil Ashtiani, Mohammad Bidarian, Pasha Vahdati, Saeid Ashtiani, and Amin Noshadi. The swimmers represent at the following events: Alirezaii: 50, 100, 200m breaststroke Mobarrez: 50, 100m butterfly, 50m freestyle Baradaran: 50, 100, 200m backstroke Soheil Ashtiani: 200, 400m freestyle Bidarian: 100, 200, 1500m freestyle Vahdati: 50, 100m freestyle Saeid Ashtiani: 50, 100m butterfly Noshadi: 400m freestyle
