TEHRAN (IRNA) -- President Mahmud Ahmadinejad said here on Wednesday that today, Iran is a country enjoying nuclear fuel management.
Addressing a group of Basij (volunteer) forces of the Presidential Office at the end of a cabinet session, he called on the world to accept Iran's new position. The Iranian nation stands by all other world nations making use of nuclear energy, he added.
""The ill wishers of Iran's peaceful nuclear program should accept the country's new position, otherwise they must pay for its consequences,"" President Ahmadinejad emphasized.
""We are interested in dialogue. We hold talks with others as long as they want to do so,"" he said, stressing that the ill-wishers of the Iranian nation are the main losers.
He urged the ill-wishers ""not to turn the nuclear victory of the Iranian nation into a new dispute."" Ahmadinejad further asked them ""to take lessons from Iran's nuclear case and change their stance.""
Today, no country though being a superpower can dictate its ideas, he said, adding that all world equations have been changed, the Iranian president noted.
Ahmadinejad also said the Zionist regime will not survive as it is established based on atrocities and tyranny, Press TV reported.
He then noted that U.S.-sponsored Mideast conference in Annapolis is doomed to 'failure'.
The Iranian President added that the issue of Palestine could only be resolved through respecting the rights of the Palestinian nation and its will, the condemnation of the occupation and restoring the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homeland.
""Soon, even the most politically optimistic individuals will agree that this conference was a failure from the start,"" he continued.
“The people who expected a breakthrough at the meeting were mistaken,” he concluded.
