TEHRAN – The first International Maritime Exhibition of Iran (Iran Sea Expo) opened in Tehran on Saturday.

About 150 companies from Iran and 12 other countries, including Croatia, Italy, Switzerland, the Philippines, Belgium, Germany, Britain, South Korea, and Japan, are participating in the exhibition, which will run until Tuesday, according to the IRIB.

The participants are showcasing their latest achievements in the fields of maritime transport, shipbuilding, offshore oil and gas industries, meteorology, tourism and recreation, insurance and telecommunications.
