TEHRAN Majlis Deputy of Kerman Seyed Hassan Khoshroo slammed those who under different pretexts create obstacles on the way of the President Mohammad Khatami on Tuesday.

Speaking at the open session of the Majlis, Khoshroo who is also member of the industries and mines commission of the Majlis said problems cannot be solved overnight, adding that settlement of issues demand collective efforts as well as moral and financial support of all the strata of people.

He termed massive turnout of the people in the previous presidential election as a great epic and criticized all those who attempt to create hurdles on the way of the president under various pretext.

Khoshroo, also member of the 2nd Khordad Front, said although presentation of a report on the performance of the government is an obvious fact, however, it is a matter of question that what analysis and figures were presented by those who demand such a report and are concerned about people's living condition at the time of their service?

He expressed concern over the brain drain and flight of capital from the country and said continuation of such a trend would cause a dangerous phenomenon that would be damaging to production and other activities in the country.
