SNSC undersecretary resigns

TEHRAN-- Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli, the deputy secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, resigned his post on Monday.
Supreme National Security Council Secretary Saeed Jalili has accepted his resignation, but Rahmani-Fazli has not been replaced yet.This former top security official has a PhD in geography. He was the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) deputy director for political affairs for ten years when Ali Larijani held the presidency.
Larijani resigned his post as the SNSC secretary on October 20 and was replaced by Saeed Jalili.
