Combined cycle power plant comes on stream in Kazerun

TEHRAN – The Kazerun combined cycle power plant is going to come on stream today in the presence of the Energy Minister Parviz Fatah.
“The Kazerun combined cycle power plant is one of the largest plants of southern Iran and will improve power supply stability in the region,” Mohammad Behzad, Iran Power Development Company’s Managing Director said.“The power plant has been implemented at the cost of $520 million,” he explained, adding that Iranian experts’ engineering capabilities and domestic equipment were mainly used in the construction of the power plant
