3rd Persian Carpet Exhibit in Toronto Winds Up

TEHRAN The Third exclusive annual Persian Carpet Exhibition in Toronto, Canada, wound up Tuesday. The four-day exhibition was sponsored by the Toronto Foundation of Carpet Exhibitions, in cooperation with Iranian Embassy in Ottawa, Iran Export Promotion Center (IEPC) and Iran-Canada Chamber of Commerce, IRNA said. The exhibition aimed at making people, in North America, who are interested in Persian carpet be aquatinted with this Iranian fine art, head of IEPC, Mojtaba Khosrowtaj said.
He also said that the exhibition was organized to sort out problems on the way of boosting carpet export and finding solutions for them accordingly. Referring to the increase in the volume of trade exchanges between Iran and Canada, Iranian Charge de Affair in Ottawa, Reza Shaker said that promotion of relations is dependant to to well organizing of the carpet tradesmen affairs and as well as rendering support by the government.
