Kazakhstan to host Iran’s exclusive expo in Oct.

TEHRAN – Kazakhstan’s city of Shymkent will host an exclusive exhibition of Iranian industries from October 3 to 6, according to the website of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO).

Industrial, mining and constructional equipment and machinery, heavy vehicles, electrical equipment, household appliances, medical equipment, hygienic and cosmetic products, production and processing lines equipment and machinery, food industries, gardening equipment and machinery, as well as engineering and technical services are some of the areas in which Iranian companies will showcase their products and achievements in the exhibit.

Kazakhstan is one of the major export destinations of Iran in Central Asia. Their good political relations as well as easy access to the markets of each other through road, rail, air and sea create a very high potential for the expansion of trade ties between the two countries.

Shymkent is the capital city of South Kazakhstan region and the third most populous city of the country after Almaty and Astana.
