Talking on the RT, a former Pentagon officials says it is known for years that Iranians are expert in electronic warfare. He says Iranians are also "great at hacking".  He explains how Iranians succeeded to bring down a CIA stealth drone, RQ170, in December 2011 while flying over Afghanistan and reverse engineer it. The former Pentagon official notes this is a technology and capability that Iranians have had since 2011.
