Housing price decreases 0.4% in Tehran city

TEHRAN- Average housing price declined 0.4 percent in the capital Tehran during the eighth Iranian calendar month Aban (ended on November 21), compared to the previous month, according to a report released by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

Based on the CBI data, the number of real estate deals rose 14.7 percent in the capital city in the eighth month from the seventh month.
