Iran’s Olfati takes silver at Gymnastics World Cup

TEHRAN – Iran’s Mahdi Olfati claimed a silver medal at the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG)'s World Cup held in Cottbus, Germany.

Olfati came second with a final average of 14.900.

Armenia’s Artur Davtyan, the 2022 World champion on vault, picked up the title with 15.050.

The bronze medal went to China's Chen Yilu with 14.850.

The series continues with the World Cup of Baku, slated for March 7 to 10.
