TEHRAN – Zob Ahan football team were held to a goalless draw by Shams Azar in Matchweek 14 of the 2025/26 Iran Persian Gulf Pro League (PGPL) on Wednesday.

Zob Ahan failed to capitalize on their hosts’ opportunities and remained 11th in the 16-team table, two points above the relegation zone.

Shams Azar also sit 15th in the standings.

Sepahan lead the table with 27 points and a game in hand.
