ABUJA -- Nigeria's President Olusegun Obasanjo will pay a two-day visit to Libya this week, in an apparent fence-mending exercise two weeks after Libya's Muammar Qadhafi abruptly canceled a visit here, AFP said. A presidency official said the visit would take place on Thursday and Friday. No other details were released. The visit was arranged hastily after a row over security arrangements and plans for an extended stay by Qadhafi led him to cancel a visit to Nigeria planned for February 14.
