Iran's sitting volleyball team sweeps Egypt

BEIEJING -- Iranian sitting volleyball team swept Egypt away in the preliminary round of the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games at the CAU Gymnasium on Tuesday.
Iran won over Egypt 3-0 (27-25, 25-12, and 25-18) in Group B and qualified for the next round.Iran has previously defeated Japan and Brazil in the competitions.
The Iranian outfit has won the Paralympics gold in sitting volleyball four times since 1988, the Press TV reported.
Sitting volleyball teams from Iran, Bosnia, Brazil, China, Egypt, Iraq, Japan and Russia have taken part in the 2008 Beijing Paralympics Games
