Foreign Minister, Zarif, visits Isfahan subway

ISFAHAN — Foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif visited Isfahan subway system line 1 on Friday.

The city council members, the governor and the mayor of the city accompanied Zarif during his visit.
The 12-kilometer Isfahan subway line 1 connects uptown to downtown area of the city and has 10 stations that are currently up and running out of a total of 20.

The mayor of Isfahan Province also put stress on having implemented highest safety measures for construction of the subway system.
