TEHRAN – Presidential candidate Ebrahim Raisi is well aware of shortcomings and concerns and he will be the fittest person to assume the presidential post, Sistan-Baluchestan’s representative at the Assembly of Experts said on Saturday.

Speaking at a congregation of Sunni clerics held in Tehran in support of Raisi, Molavi Nazir Ahmad Salami also emphasized that it is necessary for all Iranians to vote, Mehr reported.

Speaking at the same event, Abdolsalam Mohammadi, the Friday prayer leader of Bijar in Kurdistan, said the incumbent government has been ignorant of the demands of the Sunni community.
