Tehran-Hamedan tourist train to begin September 4

TEHRAN – A special tourist train linking Tehran and Hamedan will begin operations on September 4, officials said.
The first trip of this one-day train, using Pardis high-speed train, will depart from Tehran at 7:10 AM and return from Hamedan at 6:45 PM the same day, IRNA reported.
The price of this Tehran-Hamedan traveling tour with Pardis train stands at 24.5 million rials ($24.5), which includes train ticket, catering package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and city tours.
The tour has been designed in two packages: the first one includes visiting Ali Sadr Cave and Global City of Pottery, Lalejin; the second one comprises intracity visits including historical and tourist sites of Hamedan.
