TEHRAN -- Cosponsored by Austrian Oriental Society Hammer-Purgstal and Iranian Cultural Office in Vienna, a seminar on Hafez and Goethe was held in Vienna Diplomatic Academy.

Professor Walter Dostal from Vienna University, and Iranian Ambassador to Austria, Ebrahim Rahimpour, as well as several lovers of Hafez and Goethe attended the seminar.

Professor Erika Glasson from Bern University gave her speech on literary life of Goethe when he got to know Hafez.

Also Dr. Hossein Elahi-Qomshei from Tehran University delivered his speech on similarity of thoughts between Hafez and Goethe.
