Iran’s Hamid Hobe-Ali won a bronze medal in the 17th Asian Mountain Bike Championships and 3rd Asian Junior Mountain on Sunday.

The Iranian young biker won a bronze in the cross-country event. This is Iran’s first medal in the mountain bike championship.
The 18-year-old biker attributed the success to his Japanese coach, Kyoshi Miura. Hobe-Ali said, “Kyoshi Miura helped me to learn new skills and I couldn’t win medal if there was not my coach.”
The Asian championship held in Suzhou, China attracted 16 countries and regions, a total of more than 170 participants.
Iran took part in this event in two categories downhill and cross-country event.
