'Low Altitude' Wins Crystal Simorgh for Best Film in Opinion of Audience at Fajr Festival

TEHRAN -- The film ***Low Altitude**** directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia was selected by the audience as the best film of the 20th Fajr International Film Festival, gaining over 83% of the votes. According to the Public Relations Office of the House of Cinema, the audience was polled during the festival to determine the winner of the Crystal Simorgh for the best film in the opinion of the audience. ****Low Altitude**** won the Crystal Simorgh in the Competition Section for Iranian Cinema. ****I, Taraneh Am 15**** directed by Rasoul Sadr Ameli finished second in the audience poll, and ****A House on Water**** directed by Bahman Farmanara was third. The films *****Bread, Love, and Motorcycle 1000****, ****Bemani**** and ****Poisonous Mushroom**** finished fourth, fifth, and sixth respectively.
