Painting on the news: Iranian artist turns newspapers into art

TEHRAN- Iranian painter Behdad Najafi is showcasing his latest works in an exhibition titled "Palimento" at Tehran's Nian Gallery. Using newspapers as canvas, he reworks them through layered paint to reflect on media, memory, and the fading presence of newspapers in contemporary life.
