TEHRAN – The central council of the Popular Front of Revolution Forces will shortlist its hopefuls on Wednesday for the May 19 presidential election, Fars news agency reported.

The decision will be made during a meeting with the five potential candidates who were elected last week, the council concluded in a session on Tuesday.

During the Tuesday session, the council also thanked the other potential candidates who were finally laid down by popular vote last week for their cooperation.
