TEHRAN – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is set to visit Turkey’s Istanbul on Monday at the head of a delegation, Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi said on Sunday.

During his visit, Zarif is scheduled to meet his Turkish and Azeri counterparts, Mevlut Cavusoglu and Elmar Mammadyarov, Mehr quoted Qassemi as saying.

He is also scheduled to attend the sixth trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan, the news agency added.
