TEHRAN- the Iranian and Chinese deputy foreign ministers have called for an immediate stop to the Israeli attacks on Gaza.

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Ali Bagheri, who has traveled to Beijing, met with his Chinese counterpart Ma Zhaoxu. 

The two sides also reviewed the latest status of negotiations to lift sanctions. 
 
A wide range of topics of interest to both sides was discussed in the meeting, including ways to promote interactions and cooperation between Tehran and Beijing in various international fields such as human rights and counterterrorism.

The Iranian and Chinese diplomats discussed the various aspects of the ongoing crisis in Gaza, emphasizing the need to immediately stop the attacks and send humanitarian aid to the defenseless Gazans.
