U.S. won’t live to see deal with Iran if going an inch wrong: cleric

TEHRAN -- Tehran Friday preacher has said that the U.S. will lose the chance of striking a nuclear deal with Iran if it makes the smallest mistake in its relations with the Islamic Republic.

“Obama says if Iran moves wrong an inch, the entire sanctions will be reinstated. We say in turn if the U.S. moves half an inch wrong, it will not live to see signing a deal with Iran,” Ayatollah Ali Movahedi Kermani asserted, ISNA reported.

“The U.S. should stop being greedy. It should rather decide to accept - within the remaining time - a program free of lies and violations; and accept that Iran is honest and principled,” he stressed.
