Leader: Do not pin hopes on Europe

TEHRAN - Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei advised President Hassan Rouhani and his cabinet back in July 2018 not to rely on Europeans to protect Iran against U.S. sanctions.
